Scorchio in Elmton!
Five gardens open to the public, including Pear Tree Cottage. All entry fees to cancer care charities with monies earned from sales of plants, jam and cakes going to local charities. In 2018 the total approached £4,000.
Cream teas served in the newly refurbished school room, proceeds to Elmton Church. The school room has been refurbished with a grant of £20,000 from the Lottery. Church will be open for visitors. Note the work is not quite finished.
A brass band on Saturday and a ukulele band on Sunday.
Come and see the rebuilt Pinfold, this time with a grant of £10,000 from Viridor Credits.
It’s also Well Dressing week end in Elmton.
And finally come and chat about the archaeology project, Elmton Revealed in Medieval times, now funded for three more years, yet another several thousand pound grant.
